The types of edges determine the overall character of the kitchen and their shape is chosen mainly for aesthetic reasons. In modern kitchens there are mostly used straight edges without profiling or reinforced thickness or thinned. The interior of a classic kitchen is using more rounded or rounded (zdobnější), profiled type of edges.
